• We receive preferred rates from our qualified service providers.  Our preferred rates are generally 10 – 15% lower than rates quoted if a fleet or owner operator were to call them directly
• We also have a internal department dedicated to ensuring that our service providers are charging rates at or below the industry standard rates in any given region
• Our highly trained dispatch staff is knowledgeable in the standard hours required for most OTR jobs.  Our dispatchers monitor the progress on each call to ensure that the total labour hours and markups charged on parts are appropriate
